Since the beginning he has been painstakingly brewing beer as stimulating, complex and rich in character as the people who share it. Ray’s is very excited to have our first battle featuring Sauvignon Blanc. We thought we would showcase some of the most popular regions for producing this magnificently exuberant wine. We will have the following regions battling each other for supremacy. For the North we will of course have California represent but also Bordeaux, the Loire Valley and a little surprise from Italy. On the Southern Hemisphere side of the battle we feature New Zealand which made Sauvignon Blanc popular in the U.S. then onto Chile and South Africa! The fourth will be a surprise from an unlikely source! If you like fresh, clean, citrus fruit flavors with refreshing acidity this tasting is perfect for you. These are great wines for summertime enjoyment!
